Oncology Nurse Navigator Program

The Oncology Nurse Navigator is the patient’s GPS as they travel the road from diagnosis to treatment and survivorship.

Our Nurse Navigators:

- Facilitate coordination of testing, treatment and follow-up care
- Provide education about cancer treatment and treatment options
- Provide emotional support and guidance following a cancer diagnosis
- Refer the patient to a cancer social worker, support groups and additional resources as needed
- Serve as a liaison for cancer patients, families, physicians and other healthcare professionals
