Sam Kirkendall, MD is board certified by the American Board of Surgeons in general surgery. Dr. Kirkendall specializes in robotic surgery for minimally invasive repair of complex abdominal wall and paraesophageal hernias.
Dr. Kirkendall is a member of the following professional associations: American College of Surgeons, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, Americas Hernia Society, Texas Medical Association, and the Potter-Randall Medical Society.
In his free time, Dr. Kirkendall enjoys time with his wife and three children. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, cooking, reading, and trail running. Dr. Kirkendall is fluent in Spanish.
